About the role

  • Manage project requests related to system implementations and digital marketing.
  • Act as an intermediary between the client, internal teams, and support areas, ensuring everyone works and delivers toward the objectives set by management.
  • Ensure the client achieves maximum value from the digital marketing tool and that projects are successful.
  • Possess an analytical and logical profile to support the development of digital marketing solutions and the identification of problems and their root causes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis in digital marketing using agile methodologies, e.g., Scrum or Kanban
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with project management tools
  • Advanced Spanish required (primarily spoken and written)
  • English proficiency desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships
  • Proactivity, organization, and autonomy
  • Logical aptitude for elicitation and analysis of technical requirements associated with business requirements
  • Flexibility to work with clients from various industries
  • Ability to map all deliverables in response to client requests, with support from the strategic team
  • Holistic vision
  • Commitment and dedication with focus on quality and delivery
  • Willingness and motivation for continuous learning
  • Experience with CRM and/or Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of programming logic and SQL Server databases
