About the role

  • Collect, process and operationalize millions of data points from physical stores and e-commerce
  • Deliver relevant information at the right time using technology designed for large-scale data volumes
  • Participate in defining processes and systems and in requirements gathering
  • Perform analysis and development independently or in collaboration with the team
  • Implement and maintain ETL processes, producing business-/solution-focused deliverables with quality and high technical performance
  • Work with marketing platforms and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)

Requirements

  • Experience with Marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement / Oracle Responsys / Insider) and CDPs (Salesforce Data Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Oracle Unity / mParticle)
  • Experience in developing and maintaining data integration routines
  • Experience analyzing data from multiple sources, performing data cleansing/transformation and generating new insights
  • Experience in T-SQL programming and systems analysis
  • Advanced SQL
  • Understand how collected data is turned into communication workflows or target audiences for campaign delivery
  • Knowledge of the importance of documentation and compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to translate technical terms for stakeholders
  • Ability to explain the logic behind a recommendation to the Marketing team
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
