About the role
- Work on exploring large volumes of data to identify behavior patterns (Churn, LTV, Propensity).
- Develop and maintain advanced segmentation logic using SQL and Python, generating audiences for Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Translate complex business questions into quantitative analytical solutions (e.g., "Who are the customers at highest risk of leaving?").
- Support the validation and monitoring of segmentation models in production, ensuring the generated intelligence remains aligned.
- Document calculation methodologies and applied business rules.
Requirements
- Strong experience manipulating data with SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for exploratory analysis.
- Knowledge of applied statistics for business (Clustering, Regression, Hypothesis Testing).
- Familiarity with Big Data environments and notebooks (preferably Databricks or Jupyter).
- Experience analyzing customer data (CRM/Digital).
- English and/or Spanish.
