• Maintain and update the company CRM & other company databases as applicable; training provided to be a subject matter expert on these systems
• Assist with & create marketing/sales collateral such as proposals, reports, brochures, and presentations
• Assist with social media posting and content coordination
• Generate reports for clients & internal stakeholders
• Assist with basic market and competitor research
• Organize files, templates, and marketing resources
• Provide general clerical support for internal/external marketing and sales activities
