About the role
- Independently prepare, negotiate, and conclude contracts related to compensation measures for network expansion projects
- Draft and conclude agreements for shared use of land as well as contracts with service providers and external organizations
- Monitor active and completed contracts, e.g., for land reservations or the acquisition of ecological credits (eco-points)
- Develop, standardize, and document processes related to contract drafting and contract management
- Ensure professional quality standards and support knowledge management within the team
- Contribute to the legally compliant, transparent, and ecologically effective implementation of network expansion projects
- Participate in the further development of sustainable project structures in the areas of environmental protection and compensation measures
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree, e.g., in landscape planning, environmental engineering, law, environmental protection, or a comparable field
- Advanced knowledge of contract law, particularly contract drafting
- Knowledge of public law/planning law and environmental law, especially nature conservation law
- Desirable: experience in property law and specialized planning law
- Willingness to contractually accompany complex approval processes to secure compensation and replacement measures
- Initial professional experience in communicating with authorities
- Strong organizational and assertiveness skills as well as excellent communication skills
- High resilience and a precise, structured working style
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
