Design AI solutions and integrate software into clients' complex system landscapes — both on-premises and in the cloud.
Identify AI opportunities, structure requirements, and ensure business value remains the central focus for the client.
Prepare and analyze data, and integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes.
Support clients with adoption, change management, and governance, guiding them through successful solution rollouts.
Actively participate in developing consulting concepts, delivery models, proofs of concept, and pilot projects.

Requirements

Proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Experience in software development and deploying software solutions (on-premises and cloud).
Analytical thinking, a structured work approach, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably — both internally and to clients.
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
Enthusiasm for new technologies and the motivation to actively shape AI projects.
Very good German and good English language skills.
Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
