About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and grow relationships with high-volume referring providers
- Own and develop your territory like a business
- Identify and close large CPAP and sleep therapy opportunities
- Drive growth through operational excellence, service differentiation, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct in-person and virtual field sales activity across the territory
- Lead business reviews and performance discussions with provider partners
- Partner internally with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to support account growth
- Represent BetterNight at conferences, industry meetings, and provider events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven sleep industry sellers who want to leverage their experience, relationships, and market knowledge to build enterprise-level sleep partnerships with uncapped income potential and no quota caps limiting earnings.
- Ideal candidates may come from:
- CPAP/DME sales
- Home sleep testing
- Sleep diagnostics
- Pulmonary sales
- Sleep therapy
- Respiratory/DME leadership
- Other products or services from the Sleep Provider industry
- Top candidates typically have:
- Existing sleep medicine relationships
- Experience selling to specialists and large physician groups
- A history of building business, not simply maintaining accounts
- Strong field presence and executive communication skills
- High urgency and competitive drive
- The ability to operate independently while building strategic partnerships.
