About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all aspects of project scheduling for major construction projects ranging from $25M to $50M.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Closely monitor progress against the schedule and update accordingly.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel.
  • Lead weekly project status meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Provide expert analysis on schedule performance and identify critical paths.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project/construction management, analytics, mathematics, or a related technical field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in integrated program scheduling, project controls, project management, systems engineering, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, schedule analysis techniques, and project controls systems.
  • Experience supporting large-scale capital, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, energy, or infrastructure programs.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated master schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) principles preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced analytical and technical capabilities, including experience with Power BI, Microsoft Project, and data visualization tools. Experience with Python preferred.
