About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of high-profile Aviation projects
- Independently manage small-to-medium construction projects or portions of larger programs
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
- Support contract administration, risk mitigation, and QA/QC processes
- Serve as a key liaison among clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Help resolve issues, facilitate communication, and implement project management best practices
- Conduct site supervision and provide QA/QC observations during construction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive project management experience in the AEC industry required
- Aviation project experience preferred
- Experience working with the New York Port Authority is preferred
- Experience in all levels of the project life cycle, including design review, procurement, proposal development, scheduling, cost controls, risk analysis, and change orders preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Experience with presenting work products and facilitating work sessions preferred
- Experience in collaborating on project issues and working independently is required
