About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile Aviation projects
  • Independently manage small-to-medium construction projects or portions of larger programs
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
  • Support contract administration, risk mitigation, and QA/QC processes
  • Serve as a key liaison among clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Help resolve issues, facilitate communication, and implement project management best practices
  • Conduct site supervision and provide QA/QC observations during construction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or related field required
  • 3+ years of progressive project management experience in the AEC industry required
  • Aviation project experience preferred
  • Experience working with the New York Port Authority is preferred
  • Experience in all levels of the project life cycle, including design review, procurement, proposal development, scheduling, cost controls, risk analysis, and change orders preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Experience with presenting work products and facilitating work sessions preferred
  • Experience in collaborating on project issues and working independently is required
