About the role
- Provides advanced cost management support across project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining cost control systems, supporting budgeting and forecasting, performing cost analyses, and preparing reports to guide decision-making.
- Includes stakeholder communication, cost reporting, and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
- Requires independent execution of moderately complex tasks and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, finance, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Master’s degree in finance, business administration (MBA), or a related discipline preferred, but not required.
- 10+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, or cost control scheduling.
- Proficiency with cost management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
