About the role

  • Manage a team of 3 to 5 salespeople on a daily basis
  • Recruit, train, coach and motivate sales representatives
  • Monitor the performance of sales staff using our CRM tool and defined KPIs
  • Organize and oversee commercial operations across branches
  • Lead sales prospecting and ensure conversion rates
  • Develop key account clients according to the established segmentation
  • Coordinate improvements in processes between sales and after-sales

Requirements

  • Experience in equipment sales
  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming practices
  • Understanding of clients’ business practices
  • Proficient with computer systems, internet tools and sales applications
  • Knowledge of John Deere products and competitors
  • Ability to analyze internal reports
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to develop a commercial strategy
  • Honest and ethical conduct
  • Organized and rigorous
  • Valid Category B driving license required
