About the role
- Manage a team of 3 to 5 salespeople on a daily basis
- Recruit, train, coach and motivate sales representatives
- Monitor the performance of sales staff using our CRM tool and defined KPIs
- Organize and oversee commercial operations across branches
- Lead sales prospecting and ensure conversion rates
- Develop key account clients according to the established segmentation
- Coordinate improvements in processes between sales and after-sales
Requirements
- Experience in equipment sales
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming practices
- Understanding of clients’ business practices
- Proficient with computer systems, internet tools and sales applications
- Knowledge of John Deere products and competitors
- Ability to analyze internal reports
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to develop a commercial strategy
- Honest and ethical conduct
- Organized and rigorous
- Valid Category B driving license required
