About the role

  • Lead and carry out operations to develop human resources in terms of quantity and quality
  • Lead the development of the employer brand and drive the company’s attractiveness project
  • Ensure the company’s recruitment needs are met
  • Lead communications targeted at prospective candidates
  • Manage recruitment processes by organizing them and promoting the necessary rigor and methodology
  • Lead candidate sourcing
  • Work with managers to develop employees’ skills
  • Oversee and organize the onboarding of apprentices and new employees
  • Contribute to defining job scopes and updating job descriptions
  • Lead and manage the strategic workforce planning (GPEC) process and individual career development
  • Organize and manage skills development
  • Organize and oversee training plans
  • Contribute to defining HR policy
  • Monitor legal developments and competitors in the labor market
  • Maintain relationships with educational institutions to follow up on apprentices
  • Travel occasionally to the group’s different sites and to other events

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment and skills/talent development
  • Keen observational skills

  • Proficiency with IT systems and communication tools
