About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end patient flow across Mental Health services.
  • Ensure efficient movement of patients from referral to treatment initiation.
  • Supervise Intake Coordinators, Scheduling Specialists, and operational support staff.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to maximize patient access and improve patient experience.
  • Monitor patient flow and optimize provider schedules for better capacity management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce delays and improve care.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of healthcare operations or patient access experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience with mental health.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling workflows and patient access management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
