About the role
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple pediatric urgent care locations
- Partner with Regional Operations Directors and Regional Medical Officers
- Ensure clinical and operational excellence in their locations
- Provide consistent on-site managerial presence to coach staff and maintain site communications
- Recruit, interview, and hire Clinical Support Staff (CSS)
- Coordinate and assist with onboarding and training for CSS and Provider staff
- Create and manage CSS schedules and coordinate with regional leadership
- Ensure resolution of quality/safety concerns
- Identify and implement solutions/improvements, and document meaningful follow-up
Requirements
- Clinical experience preferred
- Urgent Care experience is preferential
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Healthcare managerial experience of 3-5 years
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Office 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills while remaining tactful
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
