About the role

  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, customer experience, costs and people indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Consolidate and support the Directorate's budget, act as guardian of governance and serve as a recurring point of contact with Controllership;
  • Structure, monitor and run cadence forums for action plans through delivery of analytical studies with insights to drive results with the responsible areas, helping them answer questions that deliver outcomes;
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Operations & Customer Experience teams, supporting decision-making;
  • Ensure standardization of metrics, reports and monitoring routines (Dashboards and DataViz/Mockups, rituals and results forums);
  • Support the definition of targets, the breakdown of objectives, alignment of conceptual rationales and calculation notes, and help reflect the documentation of these decisions in Confluence/JIRA;
  • Support strategic projects, pilots and business transformation initiatives, using frameworks and facilitating workshops;
  • Serve as the interface between the Directorate's needs and the Data, IT and Salesforce teams, representing your client area and supporting whatever is necessary to expedite deliveries (use cases);
  • Support the Data team in validating new Cubes (a way of organizing data across multiple dimensions to make analyses faster, more flexible and more intuitive for the company).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or related fields).
  • Proven experience in performance management, strategy, insights, operations and market intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of business metrics.
  • Advanced level in Excel, SQL, Python and BI tools.
  • Experience working in dynamic, results-oriented environments.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks, Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma.
