About the role
- Ensure monthly results by managing the customer portfolio with a high conversion rate into sales, seeking opportunities to prospect new clients of various sizes across different areas of the city according to the assigned unit, in order to ensure achievement of established targets.
- Record all interactions with customers and prospects in Pluxee's internal system (CRM);
- Manage commercial activities and monitor contractual execution for the client portfolio;
- Strengthen commercial relationships with customers and prospects through regular technical-commercial meetings;
- Contribute to cross-functional working groups to improve our commercial routines and processes that will enhance the customer experience with Pluxee.
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree);
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and negotiation abilities;
- Must reside in the Campinas macro region (greater Campinas area);
- B2B sales experience.
