Digital Designer – Visual Design
PluxboxProduct Designer creating engaging user experiences that contribute to Pluxbox's success. Working closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the design process in a hybrid role.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user experiences that contribute to the growth and success of Pluxbox.
- You translate user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities into thoughtful digital solutions that make a real impact.
- You work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the user experience on our website.
- You are involved throughout the entire design process, from research and concept development to wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
- You look beyond individual pages and features, thinking holistically about the complete user journey.
- You tackle questions about how visitors experience our platform, simplify processes, and create a consistent and distinctive online experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a bachelor’s or master student.
- You describe yourself as positive, proactive, assertive and you are a teamplayer;
- You have strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver results;
- Motivated self-starter taking ownership with ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.
- Problem solver with strong management skills, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with design software and editing tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience with web design principles and user-focused digital design
