About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Product Designer/Visual Designer– Web, you are responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user experiences that contribute to the growth and success of Pluxbox.
  • You translate user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities into thoughtful digital solutions that make a real impact.
  • You work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the user experience our website.
  • From research and concept development to wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect interfaces, you are involved throughout the entire design process.
  • You look beyond individual pages and features, thinking holistically about the complete user journey.
  • How do visitors experience our platform? Where can we simplify processes? And how can we create a consistent and distinctive online experience? These are the questions you tackle every day.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are a bachelor’s or master student.
  • You describe yourself as positive, proactive, assertive and you are a teamplayer;
  • You have strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver results;
  • Motivated self-starter taking ownership with ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities;
  • Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.
  • Problem solver with strong management skills, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with design software and editing tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Experience with web design principles and user-focused digital design.
