About the role

  • Create clear, step-by-step tutorials videos that explain platform features.
  • Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand instructions.
  • Support the customer success team by documenting new features.
  • Brainstorm new tutorial ideas based on user behavior, common questions, and product updates.
  • Update and improve existing tutorials as the platform evolves.
  • Developing and optimizing training(s) for Pluxbox Platform user(s)

Requirements

  • You are a bachelor’s or master student.
  • You have strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver results;
  • Motivated self-starter taking ownership with ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities;
  • Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.
  • Practical knowledge with video-editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Camtasia).
  • Experience working or knowledge with SaaS tools, or technical user-facing products.
  • An appealing CV and portfolio is a plus.
  • Ability to break down complex technical processes into simple, engaging instructions.
