About the role

  • Create, maintain, and evolve visual design guidelines for Plutus across all platforms and channels.
  • Be versatile across graphic design, illustration, print, iconography, email, advertising, presentations, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create eye-catching marketing material.
  • Design exceptional design assets.
  • Create, organize, and manage the asset library for reusable, systematic design.
  • Stay aware of emerging design trends and help/share knowledge with the wider team.
  • Make a case for your work and provide rationale behind decision-making.

Requirements

  • Interested in crypto / digital assets is a must.
  • Interested in working with and expanding Plutus's visual design language.
  • Expert understanding of the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, and proportions.
  • Skilled in multiple disciplines across design.
  • Excellent organisation and presentation skills.
  • Problem solver who requires very little guidance on projects; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of asset implementation standards on iOS, Android, and Web (we use Figma).
  • Passion for Plutus’s mission and dedication to a user-first mindset and interest in crafting excellent user experiences.
  • Preference for experience design.
  • Exhibits our core values: do the right thing, consistently ship and know what good looks like.
  • Team before self.
  • Familiarity with 3D UI rendering software/animation (bonus).
  • Previous experience with designing for digital assets / crypto entities (bonus).
