About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management of customer projects
Planning, setup, and configuration of IT systems according to customer requirements
Customer support by phone, via ticketing system, and on-site at customer locations
Systematic diagnosis and resolution of incidents using expert and diagnostic systems
Advising internal and external users on the selection and use of devices
Resolving application and system issues
Supporting the operation and maintenance of our systems
Administration and maintenance of dedicated and virtual server systems
Creating system documentation
Conducting training sessions for customers
Supporting support team leadership and, where applicable, taking on leadership responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent Linux skills (required)
Genuine interest in working in an IT system house / IT services environment
Independent, structured, and well-documented way of working, with good self-organization
High commitment and sense of responsibility
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Very good German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
Quick comprehension and strong willingness to learn
