Pharmacist

• You will manage the pharmacy in close coordination with the owner, Dr. Barbara Spoher.
• You ensure smooth pharmacy operations and that legal and regulatory requirements are implemented and complied with.
• You share responsibility for the pharmacy’s financial performance.
• Overseeing the dispensing of medications from pharmaceutical, medical, and economic perspectives.
• Supporting our staff in their professional and personal development.
• Leading, supporting, and guiding employees in their daily tasks.
• Preparing staff rosters/shift schedules in coordination with colleagues.
• Implementing and consolidating the Pluspunkt Apotheken concept.
• Optimizing and further developing our pharmaceutical and business management processes.
• If interested, implementing and introducing pharmaceutical services.
• Close and regular coordination with the owner.
• Liaising with medical practices, wholesalers, suppliers, and cooperation partners.
• Advising customers on side effects and drug interactions.
