About the role

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of hotel partners, ranging from large international chains to small regional groups, providing tailored support to each.
  • Take full commercial ownership of your assigned accounts, focusing on driving renewals and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
  • Act as a results-driven partner to ensure every partner achieves their specific business goals, with a primary focus on increasing their TrevPAR (Total Revenue Per Available Room).
  • Develop a deep, expert-level understanding of the product to effectively guide partners through features and best practices that maximize their ROI.
  • Partner with the VP of Partners Success to identify "whitespace" in large accounts, executing strategies to grow Plusgrade’s footprint within existing hotel groups.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partner feedback is translated into product improvements and that marketing efforts align with partner needs.
  • Deliver a high-touch, proactive partner experience, maintaining consistent engagement to ensure long-term satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Stay current on hospitality industry trends and regional market shifts to provide partners with strategic advice and high-value content.

Requirements

  • The ability to have articulate verbal and written communication
  • Who can manage multiple accounts and projects, prioritizing tasks to meet goals efficiently.
  • Who’s commercially inclined with a keen understanding of how partner success impacts revenue growth or is willing to develop this.
