About the role
- Support in the strategic and operational planning for the implementation of our software products with customers
- Develop solutions to train customers in using our products and to integrate our software
- Further develop the infrastructure for our Customer Success team (expansion of ticketing system, training plans/materials, knowledge base, FAQs, etc.)
- Communicate and coordinate customer requests with our product team
- Assist in training user groups at customer sites
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in engineering, business administration, (project) management, communications, business analytics, consulting, sales, or a similar field — or relevant professional experience
- Initial experience with agile project management and the Scrum methodology / project management software
- Enthusiasm for exciting customers about innovative AI software and helping shape related projects
- Independent and organized working style with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10% (within Germany and Europe)
- Very good German and English skills (intercultural competence)
