About the role
- Support in the strategic and operational planning for deploying our software products at customer sites
- Develop solutions to train customers in using our products and to integrate our software
- Further develop the infrastructure for our Customer Success team (expanding the ticketing system, training plans/materials, knowledge base, FAQs, etc.)
- Communicate and coordinate customer requests with our product team
- Assist in training user groups at customer sites
Requirements
- Student (m/f/d) in Engineering, Business Administration, (Project) Management, Communications, Business Analytics, Consulting, Sales, or a related field / professional experience in this area
- Initial experience with agile project management and the Scrum framework / project management software
- Enthusiasm for inspiring customers with innovative AI software and helping to shape related projects
- Independent and organized working style with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10% (within Germany and Europe)
- Very good German and English skills (intercultural competence)
