About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and optimize essential IT infrastructure and operations, overseeing technical support, systems administration, and business operations initiatives.
  • Maintain system reliability and security, provide strategic technical support to staff, and collaborate with leadership to identify and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-4 years of help desk experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related tools).
  • Experience with service ticket management systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar).
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working and communicating with individuals at all levels and with various vendors and contacts outside of the firm.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent requests and projects.
  • Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Work independently on IT projects with minimal supervision while remaining adaptable to environmental changes and communicating technical updates effectively across all organizational levels.

  • This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule that includes both in-office and remote work.
  • This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is eligible for overtime pay.
