About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Hunt and drive new business growth within a territory
  • Develop tailored territory and account plans
  • Research and understand customer’s business objectives
  • Align and communicate Pluralsight’s value proposition
  • Master and consistently apply the Pluralsight sales framework
  • Partner and collaborate with other functional teams
  • Own and successfully lead through the entire complex sales cycles
  • Travel to customers whenever possible

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience preferably selling a complex SaaS solution
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of 1M+
  • Experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite, technology executives, talent leaders
  • Hunter skills with a passion for and demonstrated success of securing new logos
  • Expertise in business development, heavy prospecting, building and managing pipeline
  • Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling framework
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage and communicate with executive level stakeholders
