translate emerging technology trends, labor market insights, and customer needs into a forward-looking curriculum roadmap
align curriculum strategy with product innovation, platform capabilities, and GTM priorities
own and report on the performance of Pluralsight's curriculum portfolio
lead and develop a multi-level leadership organization consisting of Curriculum Directors and Managers
define scalable frameworks and ways of working that enable distributed teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of relevant experience in technical education, curriculum development, content creation, and/or publishing
8+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop distributed teams
experience building or scaling a content/curriculum function at a SaaS or EdTech company
track record of launching new curriculum domains or learning programs
