Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, business operations, transformation, consulting, or senior product-adjacent roles in SaaS
Experience operating in lender-governed or covenant-sensitive environments is helpful
Private-credit-backed, late-stage, or post-merger/reorg experience is preferred
Experience in large-scale, global, or complex organizational environments is preferred
