About the role
- set the vision and operational strategy for producing and scaling high-quality hands-on experiences for the Pluralsight platform
- lead a team responsible for delivering hands-on labs and interactive experiences
- partner closely with R&D, Engineering and Product to improve the technical foundations of lab delivery
- oversee the production of hands-on labs and experiences across your team
- identify and implement improvements and workflow efficiencies;
- establish repeatable processes and governance across teams
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in technical content creation, content production, or learning experience delivery
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading senior ICs and/or managers
- demonstrated experience as a technical practitioner (ex: software engineer, systems administrator, cloud engineer, DevOps practitioner, security engineer, or equivalent)
- strong understanding of hands-on content creation processes and standards
- ability to provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentorship; build high-performing teams through development and accountability
- experience working in fast-paced teams and the ability to work asynchronously with remote teams across time zones.
