About the role
- Own the APAC Blueprint: Develop and execute an integrated regional marketing plan, managing the budget and calendar to hit aggressive pipeline targets.
- Drive Multi-Channel Programs: Lead everything from executive roundtables and trade shows to end-to-end webinar programming and "ABM-lite" plays for priority accounts.
- Lead Digital Strategy & Agency Relations: Manage agency execution for paid media, ensuring briefs are sharp, budgets are paced, and lead routing is seamless.
- Write & Repurpose Content: Be your own copywriter. You’ll draft event invites, social posts, and SDR enablement assets, turning global assets into localized winners.
- Enable the Sales Engine: Create the "who to target" and "what to say" talk tracks for our SDRs and AEs to ensure every lead you generate is followed up with precision.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related marketing experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed (expected up to 20%).
- Preferred: Experience with ABM programs, retention/expansion marketing, and familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads.
