About the role
- Lead a specialised team of Senior Strategic CSMs
- Bridge the gap between customers' business priorities and practical application of our platform
- Oversee onboarding and implementation phase for new enterprise partnerships
- Manage senior individual contributors and identifying skill gaps
- Develop direct relationships with Global CTOs and CHROs
- Own the segment risk process
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
- Significant experience leading teams in the Large Enterprise/Global space across EMEA
- A deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, particularly in areas like Cloud, AI, or Software Development
- Proven experience with consultative frameworks (e.g., Organisational Change Management, Value Realisation, or Strategic Account Planning)
- Expert-level proficiency in leveraging BI tools and CRM/CSM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight) to manage a global book of business
