About the role

  • Lead a specialised team of Senior Strategic CSMs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management
  • Significant experience leading teams in the Large Enterprise/Global space across EMEA
  • A deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, particularly in areas like Cloud, AI, or Software Development
  • Proven experience with consultative frameworks (e.g., Organisational Change Management, Value Realisation, or Strategic Account Planning)
  • Expert-level proficiency in leveraging BI tools and CRM/CSM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight) to manage a global book of business
