About the role
- support the corporate strategy team with market intelligence & analysis
- conduct market research activities in support of the corporate strategy team
- monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product launches and identify opportunities & threats for Pluralsight
- analyze macroeconomic & industry trends to support strategy and forecasting efforts
- support the design of customer-facing surveys & analyze the results
- assist with market sizing & opportunity analyses
- conduct interviews with customers and industry experts to understand market needs & trends
- collaborate on data analysis & visualization efforts involving internal and external datasets
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- experience in market research or similar roles
- strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform large volumes of data into strategic insights
- ability to perform both quantitative & qualitative market research
- ability to navigate abstract projects and synthesize results for executive audiences
- experience with market research tools & methodologies
- proficiency with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
- familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry preferred
- excellent written & verbal communication skills
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
