About the role
- lead our marketing engine, responsible for category design
- orchestrate the pivot to a high-value B2B 'Skills Intelligence' platform
- own the ICP and segment-specific narratives
- build and maintain a global commercial narrative
- oversee the development of specialized GTM plays
- partner with sales leadership to apply commercial logic in the field
- oversee the creation of high-yield anchor assets
- act as the primary filter between the product roadmap and sales pipeline
- provide hands-on mentorship and protect team focus
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a $300M+ revenue organization
- proven track record of navigating complex organizational pivots ideally within PE-backed or lender-owned environments
