About the role

  • lead our marketing engine, responsible for category design
  • orchestrate the pivot to a high-value B2B 'Skills Intelligence' platform
  • own the ICP and segment-specific narratives
  • build and maintain a global commercial narrative
  • oversee the development of specialized GTM plays
  • partner with sales leadership to apply commercial logic in the field
  • oversee the creation of high-yield anchor assets
  • act as the primary filter between the product roadmap and sales pipeline
  • provide hands-on mentorship and protect team focus

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a $300M+ revenue organization
  • proven track record of navigating complex organizational pivots ideally within PE-backed or lender-owned environments
