About the role
- Perform financial analysis to support leadership's strategic decision making.
- Deliver analytics to drive both short-term and long-term financial value for the business.
- Identify, quantify, and recommend responses to business risks and opportunities.
- Build out, manage, and streamline company-wide financial reporting and forecasting models as business needs change.
- Provide regular financial performance and variance analytics reporting.
- Produce an Annual Operating Plan as a bottom-up projection of budgets, timelines, and KPIs to achieve committed goals and initiatives.
- Maintain a Long Range Model aligned with our mission to guide long-term strategy and investment.
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 7 years of related or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of team learning experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to work with and present to senior business leadership, including executives
- Understanding of regular budget and reporting cadence at month-end and quarter-end.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/G Suite, with an ability to build and maintain expansive financial models
