About the role
- Triage and manage customer feedback to inform product strategy, roadmap decisions and prioritization.
- Partner with Design and Product Management leadership to define and track PM metrics, project health and operational reporting.
- Support prioritization frameworks and Product Development Lifecycle practices.
- Support the design and facilitation of Design and PM craft growth initiatives, including workshops and programs.
- Enable and optimize tools and workflows to improve team efficiency and visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify, unblock and resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of related or equivalent experience; or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
- Experience supporting challenging org-wide initiatives that require a high degree of critical thinking
- A developing ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to evolving systems and processes.
- Emerging experience critiquing, improving and implementing product or operational workflows.
- Analytical background preferred, with comfort using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
