About the role
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure timely responses.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications for projects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and permit statuses.
- Coordinate with project managers to gather necessary documentation for permits.
- Provide support in troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when necessary.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base for frequently asked questions.
- Track and report on customer feedback to improve service processes.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with permit processes in the electrical industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
