About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and develop new clients for road transport operations related to import and cabotage
  • Expand the company’s commercial presence
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations and negotiations with prospective and existing clients
  • Manage a customer portfolio and identify opportunities to expand business
  • Maintain continuous follow-up of opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with pricing, operations and commercial intelligence teams to build competitive solutions
  • Monitor commercial performance indicators and growth targets
  • Understand clients’ logistics needs and propose integrated solutions beyond road transport when applicable
  • Contribute to the development and consolidation of a new business line for the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial experience in transport, logistics, import, cabotage or intermodal operations
  • Knowledge of the logistics flow involving the Port of Santos
  • Experience in active prospecting and development of new B2B business
  • Experience in commercial negotiations and contract management
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with CRM, pipeline management and commercial KPIs
  • Availability for travel and frequent client visits
