About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and develop new clients for road transport operations related to import and cabotage
- Expand the company’s commercial presence
- Conduct sales visits, presentations and negotiations with prospective and existing clients
- Manage a customer portfolio and identify opportunities to expand business
- Maintain continuous follow-up of opportunities through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with pricing, operations and commercial intelligence teams to build competitive solutions
- Monitor commercial performance indicators and growth targets
- Understand clients’ logistics needs and propose integrated solutions beyond road transport when applicable
- Contribute to the development and consolidation of a new business line for the company.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial experience in transport, logistics, import, cabotage or intermodal operations
- Knowledge of the logistics flow involving the Port of Santos
- Experience in active prospecting and development of new B2B business
- Experience in commercial negotiations and contract management
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with CRM, pipeline management and commercial KPIs
- Availability for travel and frequent client visits
