About the role

  • Create and deliver high-quality game mockups, concepts, and visual assets (symbols, backgrounds, characters, UI elements).
  • Generate multiple visual directions and iterations per brief, maintaining speed without compromising quality.
  • Adapt to a wide range of slot themes and styles (e.g., classic, casual, premium, cultural, seasonal) in line with market and brand needs.
  • Use AI image-generation tools efficiently to produce fast visual drafts and refine them into production-ready concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with game designers, product owners, and fellow artists to align visuals with game mechanics, narratives, and commercial goals.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback, solving visual and UX problems.
  • Prepare clear, usable art packages and reference sheets for the production art and animation teams.
  • Support marketing and business needs with concept art and mockups for pitches, presentations, and store/CRM materials as required.

Requirements

  • Possess previous experience in the iGaming / Slot industry.
  • Possess a strong command of the English language, enabling clear communication with stakeholders and effective participation in reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Bring a natural designer’s eye, with a strong sense of composition, color, readability, typography, and iconography.
  • Demonstrate hands‑on experience with AI image generators and the ability to integrate AI outputs into a professional art workflow (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Copilot, Nano Banan - Google & more).
  • Maintain excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, including handling complex files, layer structures, and advanced painting and compositing techniques.
  • Show strong drawing and painting abilities, with the versatility to adapt to different artistic styles.
  • Execute tasks quickly and confidently, thriving in a high‑volume, fast‑turnaround production pipeline.
  • Approach challenges with creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness, generating fresh ideas and solving visual problems under time pressure.
  • Remain open to feedback, iterative processes, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks and briefs simultaneously.
