About the role
- Supports daily human resources operations
- Acts as key point of contact for employees
- Handles sensitive and confidential information
- Involves in employee onboarding
- Coordinates new hire processes
- Responds to employee inquiries about policies and benefits
- Maintains records related to employee information
Requirements
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with sensitivity to confidential matters
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paycor experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2-4 years of HR experience preferred
