About the role

  • Lead projects with growing autonomy, aligning teams and ensuring strategic deliveries;
  • Coordinate key implementation meetings;
  • Actively manage risks and facilitate communication among stakeholders;
  • Align client Objectives and Success Criteria;
  • Manage internal teams;
  • Be accountable for organizing and structuring the projects under your responsibility;
  • Ensure visibility of deliverables to the client;
  • Create the project schedule;
  • Ensure deadlines are met;
  • Act as an intermediary between the project team and the client, engaging them when necessary;
  • Make strategic decisions for the project;
  • Orchestrate project completion by ensuring the right people are involved at the right time and making the right decisions.

Requirements

  • Understanding of project management;
  • Ability to set priorities and solve problems;
  • Sense of urgency and ownership;
  • Leadership, organization, discipline, empathy, and communication skills;
  • Aptitude for strategic analysis;
  • Strong written communication;
  • Strong logical reasoning skills;
  • Knowledge of PMI/PMBOK and SCRUM;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or other organization and management platforms;
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • More than 3 years of experience in project management;
  • Client relationship management;
  • Strategic public speaking/presentation skills;
  • Certifications or courses in Agile or traditional Project Management.
