About the role
- Support the production and organization of content for the blog, landing pages, emails, and premium content/assets;
- Assist in executing and optimizing automation workflows and lead nurturing flows;
- Support lead management and basic performance analysis (conversion, engagement, etc.);
- Collaborate with the Communications, Performance, and Branding teams;
- Support research on topics, keywords, and B2B market references;
- Test new formats, approaches, and tools to improve results.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Strong written communication skills and a willingness to learn;
- Organized and curious, with an interest in understanding data and processes;
- Interest in digital marketing, inbound marketing, and B2B business;
- Hands-on attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Previous experience with digital marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, CMS, etc.);
- Familiarity with or interest in using Artificial Intelligence in marketing (e.g., supporting content production, analysis, automation, prompts, etc.);
- Interest in technology, B2B sales, or SaaS;
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics.
