About the role
- Relocate to key manufacturing sites for temporary assignments (typically 3-12 months) aligned with critical NPI program needs.
- Provide immediate, on-the-ground technical support by integrating with the CFT team and reporting to the site NPI Engineering Leader.
- Contribute to one or more of the following NPI focus areas based on business priority: Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Engineering, Test Engineering.
- Actively engage with dedicated mentorship from the NPI Engineering Leader and NPI SMEs to rapidly develop technical and professional skills.
- Identify and help implement process improvements and feed best practices back to the NPI and SME teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, and 1-2 years of relevant work experience, is preferred.
- Ideal candidates may have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering, but other technical backgrounds will be considered.
