About the role
- Lead development, deployment, and oversight of metrics for the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure products comply with customer specifications and industry standards
- Approve all changes and deviations from established guidance
- Serve as the Plexus lead to support external customer audits
- Ensure continuous quality compliance during manufacturing operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience
- Ability to work well in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong ability to identify and solve problems proactively
- Ability to design and conduct experiments
- Ability to seek out best practices and apply them
- Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert
