About the role
- Relocate to key manufacturing sites for temporary assignments (typically 3-12 months).
- Provide on-the-ground technical support by integrating with the CFT team.
- Support validation activity, failure analysis, and create & manage work instructions.
- Assist in developing and qualifying new manufacturing processes.
- Assist with component qualification and supplier issue resolution.
- Support quality planning, validation activity, data analysis, and corrective actions.
- Help validate and support test platform commissioning and performance.
- Actively engage with dedicated mentorship from the NPI Engineering Leader.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, and 1-2 years of relevant work experience, is preferred.
- Ideal candidates may have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Strong work ethic, prepared for the intensity of NPI launches.
- Willing to relocate and excited by the opportunity to work in different locations and cultures.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn from experience and adapt quickly when plans change.
