Own and manage the renewal pipeline for SaaS customers, including pentesting consulting firms, internal security teams, and enterprise InfoSec departments
Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders including security engineers, pentesters, compliance leads, and CISOs
Proactively identify churn risks by understanding customer security workflows, product usage patterns, and evolving compliance needs
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to align on feature adoption and technical outcomes, particularly around vulnerabilities, assessment tracking, and compliance use cases
Work alongside Account Executive and Solution engineers to plan and executive on strategic Sales strategies
Identify and promote expansion and upsell opportunities related to platform modules (e.g., reporting automation, integrations, multi-tenant access, audit trail features)
Manage contract renewals and procurement cycles, including working with legal and IT security reviewers when needed. Maintain accurate forecasting and deal tracking in Salesforce or similar CRM, and provide regular updates on pipeline health.
Requirements
Must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones and able to support standard business hours within these regions.
5 years experience in SaaS account management, customer success, and renewal sales role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets
Security experience required; familiarity with cybersecurity, pentesting, compliance frameworks or technical reporting tools is a strong plus.
Experience selling or supporting cloud-hosted platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Comfortable managing customer relationships with security engineers, CISOs, and technical teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and tools like Gong, Zoom, Slack, etc.
Understanding of vulnerability management, penetration testing workflows, or DevSecOps pipelines a plus
Exposure to InfoSec vendor landscapes, threat modeling, or red/blue team operations
Experience in a startup environment — you thrive with autonomy and aren’t afraid to wear multiple hats
