About the role
- Responsibility for end-to-end UX/UI quality across the entire value chain
- Lead, develop and coach a team of currently 4–5 designers (UX, UI, Research)
- Build, evolve and consistently enforce design standards, design systems and UX frameworks
- Work closely with Group Product Managers as an equal sparring partner to firmly embed UX in roadmap planning, discovery and delivery
- Establish mandatory design reviews, planning and discovery routines across all product teams
- Ensure a consistent, simple and scalable user experience across all products
- Translate UX quality into clear business and product impact (e.g., adoption, efficiency, customer satisfaction)
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Product Design / UX, including several years in a leadership role within a SaaS environment
- Proven experience scaling UX in complex product organizations
- Strong in systems thinking, design systems, end-to-end journey design and tooling
- High persuasion and influencing skills when working with Product, Engineering and other stakeholders
- Experience leading design teams in cross-functional setups
- Ability to define clear quality standards and to communicate the impact of good design
