About the role

  • Lead the development of product-focused content (sales decks, case studies, 1-pagers, blog posts, social media, and white papers) to support the buyer journey across all funnel stages.
  • Translate complex healthcare and AI technology into plainspoken, empathetic messaging that resonates with pharmacy and healthcare teams.
  • Own internal product enablement—develop training materials, host sales trainings, and manage knowledge sharing across GTM teams.
  • Support and scale product launch communications (social media, press, landing pages, customer comms) in partnership with Marketing and Product leadership.
  • Co-lead our webinar calendar with the Head of Marketing, helping craft compelling narratives and slide content to drive interest and action.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing and BDRs to influence targeted product messaging for inclusion in ABM outreach sequences and campaigns.
  • Reporting to Head of Marketing and opportunity to build a team over 6-12 months.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing with PMM and/or content marketing experience within a B2B tech or healthtech environment.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge and sales-led growth experience are a major plus.
  • Proven experience writing high-impact product content, positioning, and messaging (from battle cards to landing pages, sales decks to blog posts) with an eye for clarity, voice, and buyer empathy.
  • Keen to build repeatable, well-documented playbooks to elevate our ongoing efforts and build operational efficiencies.
  • Experience supporting a sales-led growth motion and partnering closely with GTM teams on training, enablement, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with marketing in complex, regulated industries.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot and CMS platforms preferred ( Plenful.com is built on Webflow)
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to prioritize, execute, and ship quality work on deadline.
  • Curious and resourceful when it comes to understanding our buyer.
  • 0-1 growth mindset; collaborative, resourceful, creative, and execution-oriented as we build the product marketing function.
  • Excellent project manager and communication skills; can guide complex projects from concept to launch with limited oversight and ease of internal collaboration.
  • Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and a bias toward measurable impact.
