About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the first line of technical defence across our lending products
- Diagnose real production issues, query databases, coordinate incident response
- Build knowledge base to enhance team capabilities
- Respond to incoming support tickets and own issues through resolution
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
- Identify and co-ordinate the response to production incidents
- Build and maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides
- Advocate for product improvements or automation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of relevant technical experience, or a strong CS/SE academic background
- Practical SQL proficiency
- Working knowledge of REST APIs
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Observability tooling familiarity
- Clear written and verbal communication
