About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be the first line of technical defence across our lending products
  • Diagnose real production issues, query databases, coordinate incident response
  • Build knowledge base to enhance team capabilities
  • Respond to incoming support tickets and own issues through resolution
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Identify and co-ordinate the response to production incidents
  • Build and maintain runbooks and troubleshooting guides
  • Advocate for product improvements or automation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience, or a strong CS/SE academic background
  • Practical SQL proficiency
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Observability tooling familiarity
  • Clear written and verbal communication
