About the role
- Play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the consumer lending portfolio
- Expand brand presence within your designated state
- Identify, acquire, and manage new broker accounts
- Strengthen and nurture relationships with aggregator partners
- Implement and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximise market share
- Foster customer loyalty across personal loan and automotive lending products
- Represent Plenti at industry events
- Actively engage with broker partners
- Mentor and collaborate closely with Relationship Managers
- Provide guidance, support, and leadership to help the team achieve collective goals
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in business development, sales, or account management within financial services and broker networks
- A strong network within the broker or aggregator landscape, with the ability to build and maintain high-value relationships
- Proven track record of success, consistently achieving and exceeding sales and growth targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage key stakeholders and drive outcomes
- A strategic mindset, capable of developing and executing long-term sales initiatives
- Deep knowledge of lending products, credit risk underwriting, and market dynamics
- Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced environment and navigating challenges with confidence
- Strong time management and self-organisation skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- Collaboration and teamwork, working cross-functionally to drive shared success and enhance broker and customer relationships
- Integrity and professionalism, building trust through transparency, reliability, and ethical decision-making
